Since October 2009, CHAC's office at 252 S. Main Street, in Chambersburg, PA has been a site for KMK law forums offered free to any Pennsylvania resident without regard to income or ethnicity.  The program is staffed by bilingual members of Kenneth M. Kitay & Associates.
