Each year, CHAC celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month by holding a Latino Harvest Festival to recognize the achievements of seasonal and migrant workers and highlight the delicious fruit, vegetables and dairy products produced by regional farms.
More than 800 people gather at the Kiwanis Bandshell in Chambersburg Memorial Park each year to enjoy a family day filled with music, dance, food, information, and children's activities.
The Festival is preceded by a Latino Soccer League Tournament in which ten teams participate. The winning teams and Most Valuable Players receive their awards on-stage during breaks in the music presentations. DJ Sergio Polanco is Master of Ceremonies.
